Do you repair small appliances?  Alpha & Omega Appliance Repair does not service or repair small appliances such as coffee makers, mixers, dehumidifiers, water fountains, humidifiers, or irons.

What is the turnaround time or how quickly can I expect a technician visit?  We try to provide all our customer with the same day appointments. If you contact us before noon, we will do our best to set up a same day appointment for you.  If your call is placed in the afternoon we might need to scheduled you for the next day or a later time.

What forms of payments do you accept, and how about invoicing?   Currently we accept all major credit cards and checks. We also do invoicing for our business customers.  We invoice within five days of the completed repair.  With invoicing, you can opt for a PDF via email or a standard method via a fax.

How fast will the repair be completed?  Most of the repairs we do are completed in one visit, however, there are situation where certain parts need to be either picked up or ordered from our supplier. If the part is immediately available locally, we will do our best to pick it up and complete the job the same day.  In cases where a special order is required to get the part, we will work with you to schedule a second visit once the part is available (There are no additional fees for a second visit).

How is the repair work guaranteed?  All of the repair work that we do is covered by our warranty for one year.  This also includes the parts we replace.  If we cannot guarantee a particular job for a year, we will clearly state that on the invoice.

How about installation and disposal services?   We provide full installation, removal and disposal services on built-in and regular refrigerators, built-in ovens, dishwashers, garbage disposals, washers and dryers. We specialize in custom work where custom cutting and fitting is necessary.
