Dishwasher Repair - Alpharetta
Mike was very nice and knew right away what the problem was. He worked with our availability and provided quick response and very polite service. On a rainy day he even used shoe covers in order to not track dirt into the house. Maybe he can teach my husband to do the same!? Thank you very much, I would gladly recommend him to friends.

Oven Repair - Buford
Came out @ 2Pm day before Thanksgiving and determined oven needed an element. He returned at 8Pm to repair so that I would have a working oven on Thanksgiving day. He was courteous, professional and My family sincerely THANKS him, especially since my son was home from Ft. Stewart and definately wanted a home cooked meal!!

We've had many appliaces repaired over the years, but Alex was definitely the nicest and seemed very open about telling you what the problem was (for those of you who like to know). He was very curtious and polite. I spoke directly with him when I made the call and they call to tell you they are on their way. He was so knowledgeable and was able to come out quickly for us.
